Art has always been a big part of my life from taking art classes when I was very little to the beginning of freshman year of taking my first real art class.  Throughout my high school career, I advanced to AP art doing mixed medias from linoleum, resin, drawing, and digital art.  I found a passion for digital art and stippling junior year, creating pieces that resembled my feelings and emotions, either what I was feeling or what I needed to hear. Growing up in Miami, there was always new or interesting buildings, places, people, or art that helped spark ideas for me including seeing other artists’ work like at Art Basel which was an event I was excited for every December.  Instagram accounts about mental health and searching through Pinterest drove me to strive for a meaning to my art, in which not only I would be inspired by but others as well.  Photography is also something that I am very passionate about and my photos have helped me to combine my talents with digital art into real life events of my life.  Art has given me a creative outlet to put my frustration and stress into and make it into something I am proud of.  Moving forward, I hope to inspire others to not only be the best version of themselves, but to create art or whatever they are passionate about that they are proud of.
